🕡 5:30PM-7:00PM 90-minute Slackline Yoga and AcroYoga w/YogaSlackers ($25.00 fee)

Kick off the festival FRIDAY NIGHT by exploring two exciting practices at once! This class offers you a chance to try both Slackline Yoga and AcroYoga. Two worlds that share the same love for balance, connection, and playfulness. Whether you're brand new or have some experience in one or both, this class is a great way to explore the foundations of each practice. You'll play on the slackline and explore partner movements on the ground, discovering how both cultivate trust, focus, and joy. Come connect, play, and dive into these unique practices! You might just find a new passion or deepen your understanding of both! You do not need a partner or prior experience to join this class.


🕡 7:30PM - 8:30PM Floating Sound bath w/Ananda Priti ($25.00 fee)

Experience ultimate relaxation as you float in a serene pool on a comfortable raft, immersed in the soothing sounds of a continuous sound bath by Ananda Priti.

Ananda, a talented sound healer, creates a harmonious atmosphere with crystal singing bowls that resonate beautifully, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. The gentle rocking of the water enhances this transformative journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation.

Designed as a sanctuary for well-being, this event invites you to let go of stress and embrace the healing power of music and water.

Floating rafts will be available for you to be assisted onto and off of. You'll receive a cozy blanket, a head pillow, and an eye mask for a fully immersive experience. (A lifeguard will be present to ensure your safety throughout.)

🕤 10:00AM - 11:00AM Get Your Handstands Off the Wall | Handstands for All Level: Intermediate w/YogaSlackers ($25.00 Fee)
📍The Cardio Club
To step away from the wall, you first need to truly know how to use it. In this workshop, we’ll teach you the skills that allow you to leverage the wall as a tool - not a crutch - and then guide you to move away from it as soon and as safely as possible. We’ll refine your entries, alignment, and balance points on the wall, while building the confidence and body awareness needed to balance freely in the center of the room. With clear progressions and the YogaSlackers’ 12 Days of Handstands as inspiration, you’ll learn the path towards standing on your hands without wall support. You’ll leave with the tools for a free handstand practice and forward progress.

Pre-Req: Ability to hold a 15-second handstand against the wall or with a spotter.

☀️Make a weekend of it! You can stay with us on the SUNY Delhi campus and be close to all the action! All classes and workshops take place either on campus or at The Cardio Club, a short walk from campus.
