Everything you need to know

2025 Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival

Here is everything you need to know for your visit to SUNY Delhi on July 26, 2025 for the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival.

Registration

Pre-registration is on Friday, July 25. Skip the Saturday morning check-in line, and find us at Fair on the Square, located at Courthouse Square on Main Street in Delhi on Friday from 5:00PM-9:00PM.

If you aren't joining us on Friday, Festival check-in will take place at the Vendor Village starting at 7AM, where you can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast: Bagels from Bagels N Cream, plus Chobani Yogurt, and fresh fruit from Hannaford and Price Chopper.

If you are running late to your first class, you may register after your first class, but please don’t forget to stop by as soon as you can, especially if you registered for a Basic or VIP Yogi pass and have to pick up your swag bag. VIP ticket holders are guaranteed a swag bag and the rest are first come, first served.

Bathrooms are located in the Clark Fieldhouse, next to the Clark Lot, as well as in Farrell Center.

*Late cancellations and class changes will incur a $15 fee.*

The festival goes on rain or shine, so plan accordingly!

Transportation/Shuttles

All festival activities are taking place on the SUNY Delhi campus (454 Delhi Drive, Delhi, NY), The Cardio Club (17 Elm Street, Delhi, NY) or a nearby pond. While The Cardio Club is only a 10-15-minute walk from the Upper Field at SUNY Delhi, shuttles will also run throughout the day, with pick-ups near Russell Hall, Clark Fieldhouse (Clark Lot), and Farrell Center. You may view the map here.

There will be one shuttle designated to and from The Cardio Club, and a second shuttle will solely provide transport to and from the Paddle Board Yoga Class at a nearby pond in the afternoon. Please make sure you hop on the correct shuttle before your class.

If you have back-to-back classes at The Cardio Club and then SUNY Delhi or the nearby pond, please be sure you have enough time to get from one place to another.

You may also drive from the campus to The Cardio Club, or take a scenic stroll!

Friday & Sunday Classes

Two classes take place Friday, July 25, and one class is Sunday, July 27.

Then a FREE CLASS: Profound Lessons and Purpose of Life with Swami Revatikaanta at 6:30PM at The Cardio Club. This class is FREE, but registration is required.

On Sunday, July 27, at 9:30AM, join us for Grand Rising Yoga Flow & Glow with Sabrina Elmaliah at The Cardio Club. Gently flow into guided movement to release tension and raise your vibration so you can start your day filled with light. Part of proceeds go to Cancer Research, in honor of Jessi Reed Raber! The cost is $20.
