Meet Our Founder & Coordinator

Raegan Reed

Raegan Reed is the founder and coordinator for the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival. She owns The Cardio Club and Delhi Dance Studio, in Delhi, New York, where she also teaches fitness, dance and yoga. Raegan is an AFAA-certified fitness instructor, 500-hour RYT, a personal trainer and an aerial yoga instructor. She holds a BFA in dance from SUNY Brockport. She has taught throughout the United States, and has led yoga retreats in the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. She helped launch the fitness class program at SUNY Delhi in 2007, where she served as adjunct professor for seven years.

Raegan has studied and performed at the Alvin Ailey Dance Studio, Broadway Dance Center, The American College Dance Festival, and the Heidelberg New Music Festival. She was a featured dancer at the American Theatre of Actors in New York City, where she performed in “Shirley at the Tropicana.” Television appearance include the WB Morning Show (NY1 News) and WBNG News.

Passionate about serving her community, Raegan served as president of the Greater Delhi Area Chamber of Commerce for four years, and, in 2010, founded CLASI (Catskill Ladies Association to Support and Inspire) to provide support to local initiatives. She co-founded the Delaware Academy PTA, serving as president for two years, and chairs the Delhi Children’s Christmas Fund.

Raegan is grateful to be bringing together so many wonderful attendees, vendors, volunteers and instructors to the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival.

Meet our 2026 Headliners!

  • Kelley Kamm

    Kelly Kamm is an international yoga instructor who leads workshops, teacher trainings and festivals across the world. Kelly’s classes are musical, poetic and spiritual. She weaves storytelling and philosophy with a challenging and creative flow, accompanied by great music, a bit of chanting and definitely some laughter.

    She has studied with many yoga luminaries including Sondra Loring, Raghunath Cappo, Joshua Greene, Cyndi Lee and Douglas Brooks, opened a yoga studio in Goshen, NY, in 2006, and has been continuing to forge new pathways of connection through her practice and teaching.  

    Her variety of life experiences, including studies in Eastern philosophy and politics, hiking the Appalachian Trail, and working as an NYC-based stylist in fashion and music, eventually culminated in yoga, which brings together her values and longing to bring the sacred into everyday living.

  • Melissa Boyd

    Melissa Boyd is a longtime yoga instructor, with over 25 years experience and the owner of Satya Yoga & Pilates Wellness Center in Port Jefferson Station, NY. She is also the owner of Yoga University-East Coast, the premier yoga teacher training school for 13 years. She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and offering the confirmed benefits of yoga and pilates.

    Melissa holds a 500-hour E-RYT certification and specializes in prenatal, fertility and chair yoga. She is also a certified instructor in the Iyengar method of Relax and Renew Restorative yoga. She is a certified Polestar Pilates teacher with 19 years of experience in reformer and studio Pilates.

    A lifelong dancer, Melissa has studied and taught ballet, lyrical, jazz, ballroom and belly dancing through lessons and workshops worldwide.

  • YogaSlackers

    The YogaSlackers are a collective of teachers from around the world, known for blending yoga, slackline yoga, acroyoga, handstands, and adventure-based retreats. They’ve become known for turning “I can’t do that” into “I can’t believe I just did that!” and have guided over 40,000 people through that transformation.

    Sam Salwei and Raquel Hernández lead the YogaSlackers community, embodying the teaching philosophy known for: quality, in-depth instruction through safe, thoughtful progressions, a strong focus on foundations, clear cues, and success by practice and repetition. They lead by example, elevating students and leaving spectators in awe of what’s possible.

    In their classes, expect to be met exactly where you are, with tools to practice safely and progress long after the festival ends. Known for workshops that work for every body and a playful atmosphere, you’ll find yourself learning, laughing, and leaving with skills you never thought possible.

  • Ananda Priti

    Ananda Priti is a holistic healing practitioner who incorporates yoga, breath work, reiki and sound into her teaching. She is a 200-hour RYT, a certified breath work practitioner and a Usui Reiki Master.

    Ananda completed her initial yoga training with Ami Jayaprada and Michael Stein, and also holds a 200-hour certification in Kundalini yoga through work with Gijanjali and Harbhajan Kar Khalsa. She has completed an additional 500 hours of yoga therapy training with Shanti Shanti, MD, and Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa, MD, with a particular focus on sound-based techniques. Her training and teaching is dedicated to self-discovery and healing through energy.

Our 2026 Instructors

  • Jennifer Carlin

    Jen Carlin (E-RYT 500) is a senior faculty member and lead presenter at Humming Puppy in New York City and a signed athlete with Nike. With more than a decade of teaching experience and a lifelong devotion to movement, Jen offers classes that are both technically grounded and deeply nourishing. She first discovered yoga while studying dance in college, and it quickly became a source of strength, healing, and connection. Since then, the practice has remained her pathway to physical vitality, emotional resilience, and spiritual alignment.

    Jen’s teaching is rooted in alignment-based Vinyasa and influenced by the Kripalu and Ashtanga lineages. Her wide-ranging training includes specializations in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, anatomy, Thai massage, sound healing, and meditation. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Yoga Studies with a concentration in Yoga Therapy at Loyola Marymount University, deepening her integration of ancient wisdom and modern science.

    In every class, Jen weaves together philosophy, intelligent sequencing, affirmations, and breathwork to guide students toward presence, transformation, and play. Whether she’s leading a dynamic flow or a deeply restorative sound bath, her teaching invites intention, authenticity, and aliveness, creating space for people to reconnect with their truest selves.

  • Sarah Brianna

    Sarah has over 1,000 hours of specialized training in various forms of yoga, meditation and energy healing, and is a 200-hour RYT through Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina. She holds advanced certifications in trauma-informed kundalini yoga, yoga for enneagram, Tibetan Buddhist meditation, trauma-informed vinyasa, kundalini rebirthing, yin yoga, Ayurveda, yoga nidra and prenatal yoga. She is also a Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher who has supported many students toward their own Reiki certifications.

    Through her work as both a teacher and healer, Sarah guides individuals toward personal empowerment and nurturing the whole self, with a focus on harmony among the mind, body and soul. She is dedicated to incorporating yoga philosophy into daily life, through the principles of the yamas and niyamas, and is devoted to offering support and guidance toward the growth and well-being of others.

  • Nancy Forstbauer

    Nancy Forstbauer is a 300-hour certified yoga trapeze instructor through the Yoga Teacher’s College. She completed 300 hours of training with global prana vinyasa teacher Shiva Rea and is certified in yoga trance dance. She has trained with prominent yoga instructors Rodney Yee and Colleen Sandman, and studied joint mobilization through work with Jill Miller, author and creator of the Roll Model, and is certified in Every Kid’s Yoga, which focuses on children with special needs.

  • Sabrina Elmaliah

    Sabrina Elmaliah is a 200-hour RYT, the creator of Yoga Soul Medicine, and a student of Raja Yoga. Her Gentle Yoga classes focus on ease and flow for all levels, weaving movements stretches, breath work, and yogic teachings.

  • Isha Justyna Kostek

    Isha Justyna Kostek

    Isha is a vibrant force of movement, music, healing, and transformation.
    A certified OSHO Active Meditation facilitator and sound healer trained in India, she is the founder of abunDANCE, a movement-based practice blending somatic release with ecstatic flow to awaken joy, presence, and inner abundance.

    Born in Poland, now based in Upstate NY, Isha brings a global spirit, a grounded heart, and a deep love of community healing.
    With backgrounds in theater, trauma healing, and equine-assisted therapy, she creates sacred spaces where people can express, feel, and return to their bodies with truth.

    Alongside psychotherapist Monika Burra, she co-facilitates Equine Assisted Therapy at Stable Serenity, supporting emotional regulation, personal growth, and self-connection through the wisdom of horses.

    Since 2024, she has led Ecstatic Dance Oneonta and Ecstatic Dance Enjoy Troy, weaving soul-stirring beats from organic house, Afro rhythms, world music, and deep, heart-opening soundscapes.
    When she isn’t dancing, she’s with the horses — listening, learning, loving, and co-regulating with her four-legged teachers.

  • Diane La Von

    Diane La Von has been a teacher for over 13 years. She started as a professional dancer with a degree in dance, but found a love for yoga as a student at Pure Yoga in NYC. She has been teaching at Equinox for 9 years, and has many certifications from yoga, pilates, mobility, and pre and postnatal. She brings her knowledge of anatomy, mobility, and years of experience teaching in NYC, to help yogis find a long term practice that doesn’t lead to any pain, or wear and tear on their bodies.

  • Bibi Lorenzetti

    Originally from Italy, Bibi has been teaching for over 10 years and is both an RYT Certified Yoga Instructor and an Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. Having completed the Advanced A Series under the guidance of Paramaguru R. Sharath Jois, she received his blessing to teach in 2014, at the KPJAYI (Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute) in Mysore, India, where she has spent time, studying and assisting yearly, since 2010. Bibi is also a dedicated student and certified teacher of the Vedic chanting tradition as taught by Shantala Sriramaiah, of Veda Studies.

    The Shala Yoga House in NYC was her teaching home before opening her own studio in Newburgh; she’s brought Ashtanga Yoga to Wanderlust Festivals, Wanderlust TV, teacher trainings in Europe, North and Central America.

    Bibi believes in the profound intelligence and many benefits of the classical practices of Yoga. Her teaching is rooted in her own disciplined and dedicated practice; her classes guide you to use asana as a tool for deep inner growth, threading breath and movement to cultivate body awareness, steadiness of mind, and a healthy, ease-filled life. Bibi is forever grateful to her teachers and mentors, Kristin Leigh, Barbara Verocchi and Eddie Stern, for how they shaped her experience of yoga and continue to guide her through the ever evolving process.

    Bibi has privately taught many high-profile entertainers including Madonna. She intends to share the transformative and healing practice of Yoga with you through accessible, intelligent, and adaptable instruction.

    Jessie Murray

    For more than a decade, Jessie has had the privilege of practicing, studying, and teaching yoga in various locations around the world. From growing up in the sands of California, to studying yoga in the mountaintops of the Himalayas overlooking the temple of the Dalai Lama, to living in silence with the Buddhists in Thailand, to her philanthropic endeavors and travels worldwide, Jess brings these unique experiences into her classes and dharma talks. 

    By discovering the ability to connect the practice of yoga with the elements of nature through Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga, Jess launched Elements Yoga and Paddleboard with the hopes of reminding us all that we can do hard things, that we are all part of something bigger, and that the lessons we learn on our mat can help us to live a life more connected and free from suffering.  

    Jessie is the founder and owner of Elements Yoga and Paddleboard, the cofounder of the nonprofit The Foundation for Better Education and Living in Uganda, a 300 HR Yoga Alliance certified teacher, a WPA certified Water Guide and SUP Yoga Teacher, and is trained in Vipassana Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, massage, and more.   • Vanessa Pellegrino

    Vanessa discovered Aerial Yoga while working in the fast-paced fashion industry of New York City. What began as a creative outlet soon became her sanctuary — a place to decompress, destress, and reconnect with herself.

    After deciding to step away from the hectic city lifestyle, Vanessa earned her Aerial Yoga certification in NYC and followed her heart upstate. There, she began teaching in Cooperstown and soon joined NY Goat Yoga at Gilbertsville Farmhouse, where her passion blossomed into a full-time role managing, teaching, and leading branding and marketing efforts.

    When she’s not surrounded by goats or planning the next joyful event, Vanessa offers her signature Restorative Low Silk Hammock classes at Fly Creek Aerial Yoga Studio — gentle, beginner-friendly sessions focused on slowing down, trusting the silks, and tuning into the body’s wisdom.

    Students often describe Vanessa’s presence as healing and her classes as deeply grounding. She brings her light, warmth, and compassion to every class, creating a space where everyone can leave feeling calm, supported, and at peace.

    Teaching since 2016, Vanessa continues to share yoga as a practice of joy, connection, and self-discovery — both on the mat and in the air. 🌿

  • Selena Reynolds

    Selena Reynolds currently teaches at Shakti Yoga Studios, Menla Mountain Retreat Center, and privately in Woodstock, NY, and the surrounding area. She completed Shakti Yoga’s 500-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Linda Lalita Winnick in 2015, and continues to study all aspects of yoga.

    Selena’s vinyasa classes are informative, exploratory, fun and designed to leave students feeling nourished, balanced, rejuvenated and empowered. She first came to yoga as a college student in 1998 and, over time, found that studying yoga helped her make sense of life and being human. Her practice helps her maintain balance, openness and joy and she is passionate about the promise of yoga to contribute positively to our relationships and communities.

    Kat Suda

    Kat, 500-ERYT, YACEP, and with more than 1,350 hours of yoga training, is a yoga teacher based in New York City and the surrounding areas. She teaches group classes, workshops, master classes, intensives, and continuing education programs for teachers. Kat specializes in Myofascial Integrated Alignment Vinyasa, a technique designed to explore lines of tension and compression in the body while working on both flexibility and stability within the same class.

    Kat also enjoys working with students in therapeutic settings, having helped everyone from serious athletes and clients recovering from injury or surgery, to those learning handstands and individuals seeking to maintain balance, strength, and mobility as they age.

    She has completed more than 600 hours of training with Dylan Werner, 300 hours with Tiffany Cruikshank, 300 hours with Dice Iida-Klein, and additional training with David Regelin, Sean Langhus, Isaac Peña, and more. Simply put, Kat has been in love with the yoga practice ever since she stepped on the mat 19 years ago.

  • Emily Tomlinson, CMYF Instructor

    Emily Tomlinson

    Emily Tomlinson PT, DPT, CYT is a licensed physical therapist, yoga teacher, private practice owner, the co-founder and head of Continuing Education for Threes Physiyoga Method. She has 20+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, a certified yoga teacher, and a movement educator. Emily has built Threes Physiyoga Method’s unique training and educational programs and curricula, in person and virtual, for healthcare professionals and yoga teachers across the globe. Emily is passionate about education and enjoys teaching and public speaking, ranging from community settings to university-level audiences. Her private Physical Therapy practice is based on the core principles of Physical Therapy, with the integration of complementary yoga-based therapeutic modalities. She specializes in treating a complex patient population with orthopedic, women’s health, persistent pain, and sports related dysfunctions. Emily has her degrees from Springfield College and Temple University and is an adjunct faculty at Touro University.

  • Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower

    Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower is a co-founder of Plant Pioneers, a multi-generational movement focused on the relationship between humans and plants. She is a clinical herbalist consultant and a retired registered nurse who is dedicated to building a connection with nature through sensory exchange and heightened consciousness. Working with a medium best described as frequency, Marguerite’s workshops and other offerings focus on restoring our ability to commune with nature.

    Marguerite studied with clinical herbalist Kate Gilday and has spent decades studying the plant knowledge of First Nation peoples. She is the lead project trainer at Plant Pioneers, where she also focused on researching sensory exchange between plants and humans.

    Sabrina Ursaner

    Sabrina is an author, health and wellness coach, fitness instructor, mindfulness practitioner, and joy seeker. She helps others release what may be weighing them down, discover their wings, and soar. Sabrina specializes in supporting individuals navigating grief, healing, or major life transitions.

    She holds numerous certifications across health, fitness, and wellness disciplines, with more than 400 hours of yoga teacher training. Her credentials include certifications from ACE, AFAA, NASM, 200-hour RYT, 200-hour Kundalini Yoga RYT, 100-hour Certified Meditation Teacher, and several branded formats and specialty areas.

    No matter the modality, Sabrina’s passion lies in helping people find more joy — and in making movement fun, accessible, and empowering for everyone.

  • Lisa Wisely

    Lisa Wisely is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) Practitioner, certified coach, hockey fanatic, and laughter-loving liberator of stuck women. She helps women who’ve spent years putting themselves last finally reconnect with their power, rewrite the stories holding them back, and reclaim the joy they thought was out of reach.

    With deep expertise in hypnotherapy, coaching, and mind rewiring techniques, Lisa specializes in supporting women navigating burnout, loss, self-doubt, and identity shifts. Her work gently dissolves emotional weight and replaces it with clarity, confidence, and calm.

    She holds certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, RTT®, and professional coaching—and brings decades of experience helping creative minds and brilliant women stop doubting themselves and start living boldly.
